No Bake Cookies

I have two weaknesses in life- peanut butter and no bake cookies- the second stemming from my love of the first. There is just something about peanut butter I can’t quite get enough of. It’s the perfect combination of salty and sweet. I’m not ashamed to admit that I used to keep a jar of peanut butter on my nightstand and would wake up more than on occasion, eat a spoonful, and go back to sleep. Continue reading


Wiltshire on Market

I take pride in considering myself a Louisville “foodie.” If I want a hamburger you will find me at Bluegrass Burgers or Mussel and Burger Bar not McDonalds. You ask me to go to Olive Garden with you and I might shudder at the thought (but really…). Louisville has so many local restaurants with amazing food and culinary points of view I see no reason to eat at your run of the mill chain restaurants. Albiet, they do serve their purpose occasionally. Waffle House after a late night at the bars (they close at 4pm here)? YES, please!
